Are there any websites where I can find extra small lingerie?

I have a friend I am trying to buy lingerie for. She stands at 5 feet 2 inches tall. Her bra size is 32D, her waist size is 22, and her hip size is 32. I am having a difficult time trying to find any websites that are size extra small. I also want to know if any of the websites will custom make some of the lingerie too.
